This Return Policy applies to digital posture guide products sold by Beamvivofauna under the ScreenSpine brand at beamvivofauna.site, including the Desk Setup Blueprint Guide, Monitor and Chair Alignment Toolkit, and Complete Screen Posture Masterclass.

1. Digital Product Nature

Our products are delivered electronically. Once download links are sent and accessed, the digital content has been supplied. UK consumer law recognises specific rules for digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Your Statutory Rights

Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a ScreenSpine guide is faulty, not as described, or unavailable, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction. Where these remedies are impossible or not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund.

3. Fourteen-Day Cooling-Off Period

UK consumers generally have fourteen days from purchase to cancel distance contracts and receive a refund. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the cancellation right before download, the right to cancel may not apply once delivery begins. We present clear consent language at checkout for this reason.

4. Refund Eligibility

We may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing access to purchased guides after reasonable support attempts within five UK business days.
• Wrong product delivered compared to your confirmed order.
• Duplicate charges for the same product.
• Valid cancellation within the cooling-off period before download access is granted.

Refunds are generally not provided where the guide has been fully downloaded, content matches the product description, or dissatisfaction relates to personal ergonomic outcomes rather than product defects.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact support@beamvivofauna.site with your order reference, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. Include screenshots of any technical errors if applicable. We respond within two UK business days.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen calendar days of approval. Bank processing times may vary. If original payment is not possible, we will agree an alternative method with you.

7. Partial Refunds and Bundles

For bundle purchases such as the Complete Screen Posture Masterclass, partial refunds may be calculated proportionally only where individual components are proven defective and cannot be replaced. Otherwise bundles are refunded as a single unit when eligible.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.

9. Product Updates

Masterclass customers receive lifetime content updates at no extra charge. Updates do not qualify as new purchases for refund purposes.
